Privacy Policy

What we collect

Applying requires a StockLink account. Once signed in, the onboarding application collects your organization’s legal and trading name, business location, contact details, tax identifier, facility licence type/number/status, and the name and contact details of your responsible professional. We do not ask for or accept patient information, prescriptions, or personal health information on this site.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to verify your organization and licence before granting network access, and to contact you about your application. If you were referred by a directory listing, we also record a non-identifying acquisition reference (e.g. that you came from a directory search) so we can understand which channels lead to qualified applications.

How long we keep it

We retain application data for as long as needed to evaluate your application and, if accepted, to support onboarding. Applications that are not accepted are retained for a limited period for program-evaluation purposes and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Who can see it

Application data is visible only to the StockLink team evaluating applications. It is not shared with Services & Places, sold, or used for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time by contacting us using the details on this site.
